5. User content, submissions, and feedback

If you submit, upload, publish, or configure content through PopHops, you remain responsible for that content and represent that you have the rights needed to use it.

• Your content must not violate another person's rights or any applicable law.
• You grant PopHops a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use submitted content as needed to operate, support, and improve the covered services.
• If you send suggestions or feedback, PopHops may use them without restriction or compensation.

6. Third-party services and content

The covered services may include links to or integrations with third-party sites, content, products, or services that PopHops does not own or control.

• Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
• Any transaction or interaction with a third party is between you and that third party.

7. Privacy policy and user data

11. Electronic communications

By using PopHops websites, subdomains, mobile apps, scanner tools, sending emails, or completing online forms, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic notices, records, and agreements satisfy legal communication requirements where permitted by law.

12. Updates and contact
