Barber Park

Barber Park is both a shaded Greenbelt stop and the traditional put-in for the seasonal six-mile Boise River float to Ann Morrison Park. Cottonwoods, paved and unpaved paths, picnic areas, and wildlife habitat make the park useful even without entering the water.The park is free and open from sunrise to sunset. Floating is conditional, at the participant's own risk, and includes three Class II rapids. Life jackets are required on board and mandatory for children 14 and younger, while services run only when river and weather conditions allow. More
